SARVAM organised a Women Empowerment and Awareness Programme on 20 June 2026 at the Satyam Community Centre, bringing together 60 women from 15 villages. The programme was designed to strengthen women’s self-confidence, enhance personal growth, and promote overall well-being by encouraging participants to recognise their inner strengths and embrace a positive approach towards life.
The programme was facilitated by two experienced trainers who conducted the sessions in two batches to ensure meaningful interaction, active participation, and effective learning. The training methodology combined interactive discussions, group activities, practical exercises, and the sharing of personal experiences, creating a supportive environment that encouraged women to express themselves openly and learn from one another.
A key focus of the programme was the development of self-confidence and self-worth. Participants were guided through activities that helped them identify their personal strengths, recognise their abilities, and build greater self-esteem and self-respect. The sessions also addressed common challenges such as fear, hesitation, and self-doubt, while offering practical strategies to cultivate positive thinking, emotional resilience, and confidence in daily life.

The programme further explored themes related to personal growth and happiness. Participants reflected on the importance of finding purpose and meaning in life, practising gratitude, and maintaining a positive outlook when facing challenges. Discussions also highlighted the significance of building healthy relationships, nurturing emotional well-being, and adopting attitudes that contribute to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Throughout the programme, the women actively engaged in the activities and discussions, sharing their experiences, insights, and aspirations. The sessions provided a valuable opportunity for self-reflection and personal discovery, helping participants recognise their potential and motivating them to take positive steps towards personal and social development.

At the conclusion of the programme, participants expressed their appreciation for the relevance and practical value of the training. Many shared that they felt inspired, motivated, and more confident in their abilities. They also requested that similar programmes be organised regularly to continue supporting their personal growth and empowerment.
As an outcome, the programme significantly enhanced the participants’ self-confidence, self-awareness, and motivation for personal development. It encouraged the adoption of positive attitudes and practices that contribute to greater happiness, resilience, and empowerment, enabling the women to lead more confident and fulfilling lives.
