SARVAM organised a motivational training programme titled “Women – The Greatest Source of Strength and Energy” on 23 June 2026 at the Satyam Community Centre. The programme brought together 60 rural women and was conducted in two batches to ensure active participation, meaningful interaction, and personalised learning. Designed to empower women through self-discovery and skill development, the training focused on strengthening self-confidence, enhancing communication skills, nurturing leadership qualities, and inspiring participants to become positive agents of change within their families and communities.

The sessions were facilitated by a renowned motivational speaker from Chennai along with an experienced professor, who shared practical insights on the importance of self-belief, resilience, and continuous personal growth. Through engaging presentations, interactive discussions, and real-life examples, the resource persons encouraged participants to recognise their inherent strengths, overcome personal and social challenges, and approach life with greater confidence, optimism, and determination.

Interactive group discussions formed an integral part of the programme, providing participants with an opportunity to exchange ideas, reflect on the evolving role of women in society, and share personal experiences related to leadership, family, and community life. These collaborative sessions fostered mutual learning, strengthened self-expression, and encouraged participants to appreciate the value of collective support and teamwork.

To further enhance communication and interpersonal skills, the programme included engaging activities such as communication exercises and interactive ball games. These activities created a lively and enjoyable learning environment while improving participants’ listening, speaking, coordination, and collaboration skills. The experiential approach not only built confidence but also strengthened relationships among the women, encouraging greater participation and mutual encouragement.

A particularly inspiring aspect of the training was the sharing of real-life success stories of women who had overcome social and economic barriers through perseverance, courage, and hard work. These examples served as powerful reminders that determination and self-belief can transform lives. The participants were encouraged to set meaningful personal goals, embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, and actively contribute to the well-being and development of their families and communities.

The programme concluded with a reflection session during which participants shared their experiences, expressed renewed confidence, and committed themselves to applying the lessons learned in their everyday lives. The overwhelmingly positive response reflected the programme’s impact in enhancing self-awareness, motivation, leadership potential, and communication skills. By empowering women to recognise their inner strength and capabilities, the training reinforced SARVAM’s commitment to fostering confident, resilient, and socially responsible women who can positively influence their communities.
