On 22 November 2025, SARVAM volunteers reached out to elderly and vulnerable individuals across twelve project villages to offer care, emotional support, and practical assistance during the rainy season—a time when many face increased discomfort and isolation.
Recognising the need for compassion and community connection, volunteers personally visited around 200 senior residents, spending time listening to their experiences and providing freshly prepared nutritious meals.
In each village, a committed team of five women lovingly prepared the food, demonstrating a spirit of unity, dedication, and service. Their efforts strengthened community bonds and highlighted the power of collective goodwill. The warm interactions, thoughtful gestures, and caring presence of volunteers created an atmosphere of comfort and reassurance for those most in need.
The elderly beneficiaries expressed deep gratitude and joy, offering heartfelt blessings in return. This meaningful initiative reaffirmed SARVAM’s mission of nurturing dignity, compassion, and emotional well-being within rural communities by reaching out to those often overlooked.
