On November 21, 2023, SARVAM conducted an impactful awareness programme on economic well-being and health, attracting 200 enthusiastic participants from ten villages.

Recognizing the pivotal role of income generation and well-being in rural women’s lives, the one-day programme aimed at equipping them with knowledge for sustainable income and family health.

Key aspects included fostering women entrepreneurship, emphasizing the link between women’s health and economic success was stressed. Participants were encouraged to explore small businesses like handicrafts and small-scale farming.

The training highlighted the connection between wealth and health, elucidating how financial well-being provides better access to healthcare, improved diets, and exercise opportunities. The trainer motivated women, stressing how money contributes to medical expenses and financial security.

The importance of maintaining good health as an entrepreneur was established. Discussions covered sleep, balanced diets, regular exercise, mental health care, and building a strong support system.

Emphasizing physical and mental wellness as crucial for entrepreneurial success, the trainer shared insights through group talks, success stories, games, and yoga routines.

Participants left motivated, recognizing the interdependence of health and income generation for a better quality of life. SARVAM continues to empower communities through holistic programmes.
