The “Joyfulness in Sharing with Others” Training of Trainers (ToT) programme was conducted on 25 February 2026 at Satyam, SARVAM, with the objective of equipping trainers to cultivate a holistic culture of sharing within their teams and organisations. The programme emphasised that authentic joy expands when individuals share not only positive emotions such as happiness, gratitude and appreciation, but also tangible resources including knowledge, skills, time, opportunities and material support. Participants explored the understanding that collective growth flourishes when inner qualities such as kindness, empathy and encouragement are expressed alongside the generous sharing of outer resources.

The training methodology incorporated interactive presentations, experiential learning exercises, case discussions and reflective group dialogues. Through practical examples and real-life scenarios, participants examined how sharing learning materials, professional networks, workspace resources and practical assistance can create measurable and sustainable outcomes. The sessions also encouraged reflection on common barriers to sharing, including insecurity, fear of losing significance, scarcity thinking and attachment to possessions. By identifying these limitations, participants were guided towards cultivating an abundance mindset that supports organisational harmony and collective prosperity.

A significant focus of the ToT was skill development for effective implementation. Trainers practised facilitating structured sessions that integrate gratitude exercises with resource-sharing initiatives such as peer learning circles, mentorship exchanges, collaborative contribution models and skill-sharing workshops. Emphasis was placed on creating supportive systems where individuals feel confident contributing what they possess — whether knowledge, experience, time or material resources — without hesitation. The programme concluded with a reaffirmation that sustainable harmony and collective upliftment emerge when sharing becomes a conscious and consistent practice. Participants expressed their commitment to fostering environments where goodwill and resources circulate freely, strengthening unity and shared growth within their communities.
