Efficiency Training Workshop

A Personal Efficiency Workshop was conducted by SARVAM for 25 AuroSakhis and Volunteers to help them maximize their potential.

The workshop began with discussing the reasons behind being inefficient and steps to be taken to become more efficient. The participants reviewed their own efficiency and got ideas on how to improve them.

The following points emerged from the discussion

  • Review the time efficiency and opportunities for improvement
  • Learn behavioural change techniques and apply them efficiently
  • Learn time efficiency ideas applied to the situation.
  • Understand the personal situations on the challenges.
  • Use behavioural change action tool during important situations
  • Develop the personal actions

A work plan was prepared in the second half of the session, and they discussed how to efficiently handle the practical work in the villages, as well as the roles of each individual. The group agreed that communication and coordination would be essential to the success of the project.

They also agreed to meet regularly to review progress and discuss any issues that may arise. They decided to divide the work into manageable tasks and assign a person to each task. They would keep each other informed of progress and any changes that were needed. Finally, they would all meet to review the overall progress of the project.

In the workshop, participants expressed their happiness and said that it was a practical workshop on reviewing ourselves. They said they gained more enthusiasm for achieving good results by participating in this workshop.

They also shared their experiences and discussed how to make improvements in their work. Participants also shared their ideas on how to make the most out of the workshop and how to apply the knowledge gained to their daily lives. The workshop ended with a positive note.
